Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days, unless stated otherwise on the product's page. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Some products may be eligible for a refund within 60 days. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page. These products can be returned for any reason.
Free Returns
Some of our products come with Free Returns, which will be clearly stated on the product page. If your item does not mention "Free Returns," the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How Returns Work
To be eligible for a return, your item may be used, but it should not have any severe damage beyond regular wear and tear. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
When requesting a return, we will inform you whether:
- You will need to ship the product back to us, or
- You will be asked to donate the product to a local thrift/donation store near you.
We make this decision based on product type, location, and reason for the return.
If You’re Asked to Donate the Product
If selected for donation, you must provide clear proof of donation, which includes:
- A photo of a store employee physically holding the product.
- The employee must be wearing store-branded clothing or a visible name tag.
- The interior or storefront of the store must be clearly visible in the background.
- A valid phone number for the store must be provided. We may contact the store to verify the donation.
We reserve the right to reject any photo that appears fraudulent, altered, unclear, or inconsistent with the guidelines above.
If your donation photo is rejected, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost in order to receive a refund.
Refunds are only processed once either the donation is verified or we receive the returned product.
Unauthorized returns or incomplete documentation will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny any refund if return instructions are not followed or if fraud is suspected.
Why This Policy Exists
This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping emissions and allows returned items to benefit local communities when appropriate. It also helps prevent fraud while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records, or software
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. You have 12 hours after placing an order to cancel or update your shipping address. If we ship to the address provided and it is incorrect, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to sender due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, it will only be eligible for a refund or reshipment once our warehouse successfully receives it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post).
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@norvure.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@norvure.com.
If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
