FAQS
How Does Shipping Work?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but may occasionally take longer due to delays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to over 200+ countries all over the world. Please make sure you enter your shipping address in English, so there are no errors in shipping logistics.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payments through Paypal, as well as almost any debit or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.
What If I Need To Return Something?
Not a problem! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process.
When Can I Cancel Or Edit My Order?
You may cancel or edit your order within the first 6 hours of placing it, or at any time before the order has shipped (whichever comes last). Generally, during this time we will still be processing your order and will be able to make changes to it. If you need to edit your order, Contact Us and we will make the necessary changes or let you know if your order has already been shipped out. Any orders that have already been shipped are not subject to edits or cancellations.
Will My Order Arrive All At Once?
We ship out each individual item as soon as they are available. While this improves the speed of delivery, it means that you will not get your entire order at once. If you order multiple items, some items may arrive earlier than the others.
Are There Any Extra Charges?
At checkout, you will be required to pay the item price, shipping if it is not free, and tax. Besides that, the only other potential charge would be a small import duty fee that applies to all goods imported into certain countries. This varies from country to country, but if you have shopped online before and have not been charged this, it should not be an issue.
